Atos North America Marketing

In this role I produced company events, developed creative collateral, and started a new podcast system for the the marketing, internal communications, and external communications teams at Atos. I worked as the only designer in the North American region.

My day to day worked included developing web banners, signage, event collateral (brochures, flyers, event booths), different graphic designs, videos, a micro-podcast series, and sales collateral including a 48 hour turn around booklet that I worked with our CEO to design as the final piece for two deals worth over $500 million.

The micro-podcast series was a project that the head of creative had tasked me to produce in order to leverage the content platform and also highlight Atos’ thought leadership (example series).

Atos North America’s 2020 Sales Kickoff - January ‘20

At the end of 2019, I worked with the head of North American marketing and the North American CEO, to develop a creative direction and messaging around the 2020 sales kickoff. After getting initial creative approval in December of 2019, I hit the ground running creating assets for the event that was less than a month away. I delivered an event logo, branding/style guides, event specific PowerPoint templates, posters, and other ancillary creative content.

We leveraged the pre-sales and our marketing department’s India contractors to help fill in the copy after I laid out design frameworks for different assets. All of which had to then come back through me for final creative polish and sign-off.

To kickoff the event, we made a sizzle and hype video of Atos North America’s past success and now future focus. And I provided point on doing the creative lifting on all high exec decks from our CEO, other Atos top execs, and from client execs that came in to speak.

In addition to marketing and sales content, I worked with the internal communications team to create stunning specials on out clients used in townhalls. One video highlighted Atos’ technical work on a client’s site as they rolled out a new extension of their guest experience. The other was part of the opening press for the new American Dream Mall. Was also in charge of developing the creative design for the new employee portal that was rolled out on a new platform in spring 2020.
